Whistleblower Policy
Purpose
Stillman Digital is committed to ensuring a workplace where employees can report violations without fear of reprisal. Stillman Digital encourages employees to promptly report their concerns anonymously or otherwise. It is a professional responsibility to speak up and report unethical behavior.
Reportable conduct
This includes anything you have reasonable grounds to suspect, in relation to Stillman Digital that is:
- Misconduct or any improper acts;
- Behavior that constitutes a violation of laws that could result in fines or civil damages payable by Stillman Digital, or that could otherwise significantly harm Stillman Digital reputation or public image;
- Behavior that represents a danger to the public or the financial system.
Reportable conduct does not include personal work-related grievances such as:
- Interpersonal conflicts
- Employment decisions such as transfer, promotion or disciplinary actions.
These grievances should be addressed with your immediate supervisor or the people and culture manager.
Any reportable behavior submitted through this form will be investigated. The investigation will remain confidential, including the identity of the reporting employee, except as necessary to conduct the investigation and to take any action required by law. Please provide us with as much information as possible to be able to proceed with the investigation of this reportable offense.
